Ours is one room, used every week, with controlled conditions and an examiner trained to police interview standards conducting every examination. That consistency is much of what you are paying for, because conditions shape reliability.

They book, or you book for them with their knowledge, and they attend voluntarily with photo identification. Consent is confirmed in writing at the suite before anything begins, and the question is agreed with them word for word. A test taken under pressure is not one we will run, both ethically and because reluctance corrupts results.
The preliminary result is discussed at the suite before you leave, and the full written report with the recorded physiological charts arrives within 24 hours of the examination.
